HANAH oatmeal

A good hearty oatmeal can keep you fueled all morning. Add in some healthy fats and Ayurvedic herbs from HANAH ONE and Vechur Ghee, and you have what it takes to jumpstart your day and keep you powering through.


  • 1 portion organic rolled oats
  • 2 portions water 
  • 1 tablespoon HANAH ONE
  • 1 tablespoon HANAH Vechur Ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Himalayan salt to taste
  • Honey to taste
  • Top with any fruit, nuts or cream of choice or enjoy as is.


  1. Bring water to a boil and then add oatmeal, salt, and ghee
  2. Reduce heat and cover until most of the liquid has been absorbed by the
  3. Remove from heat and add in the rest of the ingredients - HANAH ONE,
    cardamom, cinnamon, sweetener, and any other fruits, nuts, and cream you
  4. Enjoy!
