Coconut milk makes an excellent coffee creamer and it is also keto friendly. HANAH’s latest addition to the superfood lineup, HANAH Coffee Boost, contains Keralan coconut milk powder and three powerful nootropic herbs: Mucuna pruriens, Bacopa Monnieri & Ashwagandha. Together these ingredients help to improve focus and concentration, soothe the nervous system and help your body adapt to stress.
We thought, why not create the perfect coffee creamer recipe to add to your daily coffee ritual? Our goal was to improve not only the creaminess of your coffee with healthy coconut fats, but also add benefits of three special brain-boosting herbs. HANAH Coffee Boost is intended to enhance everything you already like about your daily coffee. It’s your coffee, only better.
- 1 can full fat coconut milk

- Store in your refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.
What is MCT oil? Why are coconuts such a good source of it?
Not only is coconut creamer keto-friendly, but coconuts are a natural source of MCT oil, short form medium-chain triglycerides. MCTs are a form of fat that are structurally different from the fats we’re used to eating like butter, olive oil, and canola oil. Molecularly, they’re shorter than those long-chain triglycerides (LCTs) and are therefore more easily broken down for immediate energy. While the body is in ketosis, the liver easily breaks down MCTs into ketones and these ketones then supply immediate energy for the brain and body.
