HANAH beauty and strength tonic

Need a quick pick-me-up in between meals? This aptly named beauty and strength tonic is a great way to promote healthy joints and get a little caffeine, while getting a great dose of some healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • Gynostemma or green tea
  • 1 tablespoon HANAH ONE
  • 2 teaspoons HANAH Vechur Ghee 
  • 1 scoop of bone broth protein powder ~20g
  • 1 tablespoon of grass-fed collagen powder
  • Stevia to taste

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 teaspoon of chaga mushroom powder
  • 1 teaspoon of HANAH Ashwagandha+
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Steep tea for 3 to 4 minutes
  2. Pour tea and other ingredients into a blender for added froth
  3. Enjoy a tonic that promotes youthful vitality
