How HANAH Founder Joel Einhorn stays healthy on the road
HANAH founder Joel Einhorn logs a lot of travel. Whether checking in on product manufacturing, doing research, supporting communities, adopting midget cows, or visiting our HANAH Heroes, he keeps a pretty steady routine. Besides being an expert packer, he’s also a former Ironman Triathlon competitor, so he knows the importance of maintaining consistent diet and exercise whether at home or on the road. We tagged along on his recent trip to Maui, Hawaii, to visit big wave surfer and HANAH Hero Ian Walsh, where Joel shared his morning program and a few key tips to make sure traveling doesn’t take a toll.
