Ingredients

  • 4 ounces hemp milk
  • 3 ounces hot water
  • 1 tablespoon HANAH ONE
  • 1 teaspoon HANAH Ashwagandha+
  • 1 teaspoon HANAH Vechur Ghee
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ginger
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Heat hemp milk
  2. Add HANAH ONE, Vechur Ghee, ashwagandha, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cayenne pepper
  3. Blend with hand mixer for 30 seconds
  4. Enjoy!
