If you find HANAH Founder Joel Einhorn in a kitchen, inevitably he'll whip you up one of these little nuggets of deliciousness while rattling off stories of exploration in far-flung locales. This little sandwich is a conversation starter in itself with or without the White Russian on the side. 

Ingredients

  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon HANAH Vechur Ghee
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Sriracha sauce

Optional add ons

  • Avocado
  • Arugual
  • Tomato
  • Ham
  • Cheese

 

Directions

  • Toast English muffin
  • Place the ghee in pan, heat to medium/high heat
  • Crack the egg in the pan and cook half way 
  • Sprinkle parmesan on the egg
  • Place lid on the pan for 30 seconds
  • Place egg on toasted English muffin
  • Cover in Sriracha and serve
