Cashew butter & HANAH ONE stuffed dates

Nutritious dates + HANAH ONE = the perfect snack

Dates have been traced back to almost 5320 BC and are still a staple fruit for many people around the world. The nutritional values of dates are off the charts, with a list of benefits too long to include in its entirety. To name a few, dates are rich in fiber, contain a high concentration of antioxidants, fight inflammation, and have even been shown to fight off infection. They're also deliciously sweet and highly versatile, making them a great snack or component of a recipe.

Cashew butter & HANAH ONE stuffed dates recipe:


  • 6 dates, sliced and pitted
  • 1 chocolate bar, melted
  • 1-2 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp HANAH ONE
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • Pinch of rose petals


Use a sharp pairing knife to make a lengthwise cut into the dates to make a slit, then remove the pits. Fill the dates with 1/4 tsp of cashew butter and HANAH ONE. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over each stuffed date. Sprinkle with pink salt and rose petals.
