  • 10 oz coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup frozen aloe vera
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3.5 oz frozen coconut meat
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha+
  • 1/4 tsp pearl powder


  • Fresh banana
  • Coconut chips
  • Kiwi
  • Hemp seeds


  1. Add the coconut cream, aloe vera, banana, coconut meat, hemp hearts, Ashwagandha+ and pearl powder to a high-speed blender and blend until well incorporated.
  2. Add ice as needed to thicken.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh banana, coconut chips, kiwi and hemp seeds.
  4. Enjoy!
