Ingredients:

  • 100g oats
  • 1 banana
  • Almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 spoonful peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon HANAH Ashawaganda+
  • 1 teaspoon HANAH ONE
  • Optional: Mathias adds 1 teaspoon of HANAH Coffee Boost if he didn't have a coffee that day

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
