Lemon Chicken w/ Vehur Ghee & Rosemary

A savory treat that's packed with protein and healthy fats. Pairs well with the Cauliflower Mash or Vechur Ghee Rice

Ingredients

4 chicken thighs
1 lemon, zested and juiced
3 tablespoons Vechur Ghee
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and set aside. In a medium saucepan, combine lemon juice, Vechur Ghee, crushed garlic, salt, lemon zest, and rosemary. Stir over medium heat until everything is well combined and garlic is cooked. Pour the mixture over the thighs and bake for 40-45 minutes. Serve hot.
