- 1 teaspoon HANAH Ashwagandha
- 1 teaspoon HANAH Vechur Ghee
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon coconut butter (not oil)
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon date sugar
- 1 dash of cinnamon
- A few drops of stevia (optional)
- Blend until frothy.
