Kate's cherry and blueberry HANAH smoothie recipe
Makes two smoothies
- 2.5-3 cups oat milk or almond milk
- 1.5-2 cups frozen blueberrie
- 1/3 cup frozen cherries
- 1 scoop vanilla pea protein
- 1 large spoonful HANAH ONE
- 1 tablespoon HANAH Ashwagandha+
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
