Brain support and adaptogen smoothie

The HANAH ONE brain support and adaptogen smoothie is fresh and light, but packed with adaptogenic herbs, antioxidants, and alkalizing greens, giving you both the mental and physical boosts needed to start your day off right. 


  • 1 heaping cup blueberries (frozen for added texture)
  • 1-2 ripe & frozen organic banana(s) (frozen for added texture)
  • 2-3 whole pitted dates 
  • 1 stalk celery (no leaves)
  • 10 stems cilantro (whole)
  • 10-15 spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon HANAH ONE
  • 1 teaspoon HANAH Ashwagandha+
  • Add water to desired consistency

Optional add-ins

  • 5-10 soaked cashews or almonds 
  • 1 inch knob ginger 
  • 15 mint leaves


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until ultra smooth
  2. Enjoy!
