HANAH ONE bone broth

This is one of our favorites! The HANAH bone broth is rich in minerals that support the immune system and contains healing compounds like collagen, glutamine, glycine and proline. The collagen in bone broth nourishes your gut lining and reduces intestinal inflammation. You can also substitute 2 cups of liquid chicken bone broth instead of 2 cups of water and dehydrated broth.  


  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of HANAH ONE
  • 2 tablespoons of dehydrated chicken bone broth (Lono Life)
  • 1 teaspoon of Chimichurri sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Fish sauce (Red Boat)



  1. Boil water
  2. Add dehydrated bone broth to hot water
  3. Stir until smooth and well blended
  4. Add remaining ingredients to the broth
  5. Stir until thoroughly mixed

Yield: 2 cups
