Jason Walsh: A day in the life of celeb fitness trainer, Rise Nation founder and HANAH Hero
Jason Walsh is the founder of Rise Nation and the go-to fitness expert for Hollywood’s biggest stars when they need to transform themselves safely and effectively for their most physically challenging roles. Think Bradley Cooper in American Sniper, Emma Stone as tennis legend Billie Jean King, John Krasinski as a Navy SEAL in 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, Matt Damon in the Bourne series, and Alison Brie in GLOW.
For Jason, training and nutrition go hand in hand. He stresses the importance of feeding the body well with quality foods and trusted supplements to create a healthy environment for it to grow, recover and respond to demanding physical goals. Jason's morning smoothie recipe
- 10 ounces oat milk
- 1 handful spinach
- 2 tablespoons Udo’s oil or HANAH Vechur Ghee
- 30 grams Dr. Axe's Bone Broth Collagen
- 1 tablespoon HANAH ONE
- 1 teaspoon HANAH Ashwagandha+
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Add ice if desired
- Blend and serve
