Dr. Venugopal (Dr. V), Ayurvedic practitioner, pranic healer and traditional counselor in Kerala, India, explains how Ayurveda is a holistic science that treats the body as a whole, rather than just individual symptoms.
“When you treat someone with Ayurveda, you don’t try to just treat the symptoms. You also try to double up the vitality, bring back the balance, so the body heals and brings back their health. This is what we call holistic, so Ayurveda is absolutely a holistic science,” he explains.

What is Ayurveda?
