This recipe easily makes three servings, if you're willing to share like Forrest!

  • 16 ounces almond milk (preferably homemade!) or coconut milk beverage (non-dairy)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon HANAH ONE
  • Sambazon pure unsweetened superfruit pack
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Toppings (optional): coconut slivers, banana slices, additional berries, Boulder Granola, almond butter, bee pollen

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend.
  3. Pour into bowl and add any or all of the optional toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
