My shipment hasn’t arrived. How do I track my order?

All tracking information is sent via email when your package leaves our fulfillment center, 1-2 business days after placing your order. You can also locate tracking information in your account once your order ships. If you have not yet created an account but have purchased one of our products, you can use the same email you used at checkout to create your account. Once logged in, navigate to your account summary and click the order number link to find tracking information. Please contact if you need help locating your tracking information.
