How do I track my order?

All tracking information is sent via email when your package leaves our fulfillment center, 1-2 business days after placing your order. You can also locate tracking information once your order ships in your account (hanahlife.com/account). If you have not yet created an account but have purchased one of our products, you can use the same email you used at checkout to create your account. Once logged in, click the order number link in your account summary to find tracking information. For subscription orders, we'll send you an email 3 days before we charge your card (in case you need to update your shipping information or change your ship date). We'll send a follow-up email with your tracking link once the order leaves our fulfillment center. Your order will ship the same day your card is charged if it’s a business day, otherwise it will ship on the next business day. Please contact one@hanahlife.com if you need help locating your tracking information.
