HANAH Ashwagandha+ is produced in the ancient Ayurvedic way, where the root is first soaked in nutrient-dense grass-fed cow’s milk to improve absorption. In Ayurveda, milk is an anupana (vehicle) that increases the herb’s bioavailability and potency. Both ashwagandha and nutrient-dense cow’s milk are considered rasayanas (rejuvenators) making this potent combination a double rasayana that’s designed to fortify the body with extra strength and resiliency.
