Adjust your daily intake
One is designed to be taken daily, and most customers find that the feel-good effects start to kick in after 1-2 weeks of consistent usage. We suggest beginning with a heaping teaspoon taken once per day. If you’re looking for more of a boost, try a heaping teaspoon in the morning and another in the afternoon. Others are especially sensitive to One and find that taking a small teaspoon serves them well. When you discover the dosage that works best for you, it's important to stick with it daily, as you’ll find that the effects build over time.
