- 8 ounces milk (coconut, rice, or other nut milk... or see Travis's recipe below to make your own)
- Fresh, organic fruit
- Granola
Optional toppers
- Flax seed
- Bee pollen
Directions
- Slice up fresh fruit and add to bowl
- Add granola
- Top with milk of choice
- Enjoy!
Fresh coconut milk recipe
- Lop off the top of a coconut and drain water into blender
- Cut open coconut and pick out the hard meat
- Add coconut meat to the blender
- Blend well
- Knead and strain mixture through a nut sack, add liquid back into blender
- Add 2 tablespoons HANAH ONE
- Add 1 tablespoon HANAH Ashwagandha
- Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Add 1 fresh vanilla bean
- Blend well
- Use immediately or pour into an airtight jar and refrigerate for later
